Q: How are prayer times calculated?
Prayer times are calculated based on your device location using the Aladhan prayer time API. Ensure location access is enabled for accurate times.
Q: What happens if I miss a prayer?
If a prayer window passes without completion, the tree for that prayer slot will wither. You can claim dead trees and plant new ones from the Garden Shop.
Q: How do streak freezes work?
Buy them in advance from the Shop using coins. Single Prayer Freezes activate automatically — if you miss one prayer, your streak is protected without any action needed. All Prayers Freezes protect all 5 streaks and your bonus multiplier for the day; if you miss multiple prayers you'll see a prompt to choose which freeze to use.
Q: How do I restore my Premium subscription?
Go to Settings (gear icon) → tap "Restore Purchases". This will restore any active subscriptions linked to your Apple ID or Google account.
Q: Is my data backed up?
Currently, all data is stored locally on your device. Cloud backup is planned for a future update. Please do not delete the app if you want to keep your progress.
Q: How do I cancel my Premium subscription?
iOS: Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → Grow Pray → Cancel
Android: Play Store → Payments & Subscriptions → Subscriptions → Grow Pray → Cancel
